Production and photo session from 1 to 2 days. A previous survey is desirable, not essential.
The photos are delivered 7 calendar days after the last shot. A standard project consists of a minimum of:
3 photos of the living room
2 photos of living room details
3 photos dining room
2 photos of dining room details
3 photos kitchen
1 photo of kitchen details
3 photos per bedroom.
2 photos of main bedroom details
2 photos per bathroom
1 photo of main bathroom details
3 photos of terraces, views and/or gardens.
3 photos of common areas and/or facade.
If the property has a view, the shots are scheduled at sunset.
The rates presented here are more I.V.A. In case of requiring invoice with tax requirements.
